Не знаю насколько дело Михеевой действительно обосновано, но ниток белых там явно не мало. Не думаю, что бывший глава Финкотроля области за спиной Азарова выписывала бы себе премии. Скорее все решения действительно принимались по согласованию с начальством, включая совмещение должностей, что нередко бывает. В рамках кампании по дискредитации Азарова было понятно, зачем её кошмарили, сейчас нет.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
