Дорогие друзья! Сегодня в сквере Есенина мы окунулись в атмосферу настоящей русской Масленицы!

🥞 Праздник получился по-семейному теплым и ярким! Самые юные гости веселились от души: участвовали в конкурсах, викторинах, водили хороводы и даже узнали много интересного о традициях этого солнечного праздника. А как здорово было видеть счастливые глаза детей и улыбки родителей — это главная награда для нас!

🙏 Огромное спасибо всем, кто помог сделать этот праздник незабываемым: администрации города, команде Центра молодежных инициатив и, конечно, нашим активным жителям! Отдельно хочу поблагодарить вас, дорогие южно-сахалинцы, за вашу энергию и любовь к традициям!

📍 А завтра Масленица шагает дальше — ждем всех в сёлах и районах города! До встречи на гуляниях! Весна уже на пороге! 🌸

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
