В селе Локня огонь охватил двухэтажный жилой дом. При тушении сотрудники МЧС России обнаружили тела девочек 1 года и 3 лет. Как выяснилось, за ними присматривала бабушка. Оставив детей, женщина спустилась на 1 этаж. В этот момент и произошло возгорание. Прийти на помощь малышам она уже не смогла: огонь быстро распространился.
Пожар на 180 квадратах ликвидировали 13 человек и 6 единиц техники.
