Напомним, что 16 сентября депутаты городского Собрания седьмого созыва рассмотрели вопрос об отставке главы администрации города Рафиса Шагвалеева. В этот же день стало известно, что обязанности мэра Волжска временно будет исполнять первый заместитель главы администрации Сергей Лазарев.
