● Отправку сообщений можно сделать платной за звёзды. Настройка также доступна в группах, в том числе для комментариев в каналах. Отдельных пользователей можно добавить в исключения, а также вернуть звёзды уже отправившему их вам.

● Если вам пишут впервые не из списка контактов, появится блок с базовыми сведениями о собеседнике (страна, общие группы, дата регистрации в Telegram и др).

● Премиум-подписку теперь можно купить или подарить за звёзды. Вывести звёзды можно через платформу Fragment.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
