В связи с обострением кадрового дефицита и публичным недовольством сотрудников скорой помощи в некоторых регионах России местные власти стали вводить собственные меры социальной поддержки, повышающие размер выплат до 50 тыс. у врачей и 30 тыс у среднего медперсонала СМП. Сотрудники скорой помощи Хабаровского края надеются на аналогичные меры со стороны руководства своего региона.
