Сегодня учимся делать "Ферне Кола" — культовый напиток из Аргентины, который объединяет горчинку и сладость в одном стакане.
📜 Что нужно:
Фернет Бранка — 50 мл (или другой фернет, если этот где-то гуляет). Колла — 150-200 мл. Лёд — 4-5 кубиков.
Как готовить:
1. Найдите любой стакан (хайбол — это красиво, но честно, можно и кружку). 2. Наполняем лёд по максимуму — пусть будет холодно и красиво. 3. Налейте фернет (50 мл, но никто не запрещает чуточку больше). 4. Долейте коллу. Тут главное не переборщить — напиток должен быть сбалансированным. 5. Перемешиваем, делаем глоток и… ¡Salud!
Готово! Теперь у вас кусочек Буэнос-Айреса в стакане, без виз и паспортов.
