Oxfam предупреждает, что такие темпы роста неравенства могут привести к появлению пяти триллионеров за ближайшие 10 лет, что ещё больше усугубит дисбаланс в распределении богатства.
При этом за чертой бедности (на сумму не более $6,85 в день) живут около 3,6 млрд человек (44% населения), а число голодающих достигло 733 млн, что на 152 млн больше, чем в 2019 году.
