🏢Собственник квартиры в доме на Свободном проспекте обратился за консультацией по вопросу перепланировки помещения. ⚒️ Заявитель планирует демонтировать старые и возвести новые перегородки, перенести газовое оборудование, расширить площадь санузла и обустроить душевой трап.
✅ Заместитель начальника ЖИ по #ВАО Ильдар Булатов разъяснил, что работы по изменению границ санузла относятся к перепланировке и выполняются по проекту. 💧Кроме того, для установки душевого трапа следует предусмотреть выполнение оклеечной гидроизоляции. 👷‍♂️Перенос газовый плиты должна выполнять специализированная организация, осуществляющая деятельность по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту ВДГО и ВКГО.
