Анварбеку Атаеву — 6 лет и 4 месяца Исламу Ибрагимову — 6 лет и 4 месяца Магомеду Омарасхабову — 6 лет и 6 месяцев Салику Рамазанову — 6 лет и 4 месяца Рабадану Раджабову — по совокупности совершенных преступлений, путем частичного сложения наказаний — 9 лет
Атаев, Ибрагимов, Омарасхабов, Раджабов и Рамазанов обвинялись по части 2 статьи 212 (участие в массовых беспорядках) УК РФ, Раджабов — также по части 1 статьи 318 (применение насилия в отношении представителя власти).
