Жители обращают внимание, что в предписаниях о демонтаже указано «вблизи земельного участка № 50:20:0000000:301110», но на самом деле гаражи находятся в сотнях метров от этого участка.
Живущий в посёлке муниципальный депутат Сергей Теняев заявил, что за сносом гаражей под предлогом обустройства парковой зоны стоят два застройщика, которые не оставляют попыток застроить лесную территорию коммерческим жильём — коттеджами.
