Заммэра отметил, что проект решения о КРТ опубликован на официальном сайте правительства Москвы.

«На юго-востоке столицы появится новое пространство с жильем для целей программы реновации и иных нужд города. Его возведут в рамках реорганизации участка площадью 0,44 гектара на ул. Симоновский Вал. Вложения в развитие площадки составят свыше 5 млрд руб.», – сказал Владимир Ефимов.

Министр правительства Москвы, руководитель Департамента городского имущества Максим Гаман уточнил, что здесь планируется построить 18,61 тыс. кв. м жилья для целей программы реновации и иных нужд города.
