Кефир 400 мл (можно на воде, у меня 50/50) Мука ц/з пшеничная+ржаная 450 гр Соль 1,5 ч л Сода 3/4 ч л Растительное масло 1 ст л (Кориандр/кунжут/семечки/орехи/ сухофрукты-все это можно добавлять! Для Глеба я делаю по классике)
🧡Все смешать 🧡Тесто не вымешивать, оно останется липким 🧡Выложить на противень, присыпанный мукой 🧡Придать форму -толщиной 3 см 🧡Сделать надрезы 🧡Присыпать мукой тесто 🧡Первые 15 минут выпекать на 230 градусов , потом убавить до 200 и в зависимости от духовки печь до сухой шпажки - от 35 минут (моей духовке потребовалось 55 минут 🙈)
