Маффины йогуртовые
170 мл йогурт питьевой 50 гр муки 1 яйцо 1 ст л коричневого сахара (можно без, если для малышей совсем/ или подсластитель) 1/3 ч л разрыхлителя
Готовим: ❤️Смешать яйцо, сахар, йогурт ❤️Добавить просеянную муку, смешанную с разрыхлителем ❤️Формочки смазать маслом ГХИ ❤️Выложить тесто на 2/3 (у меня очень поднимаются, но не выпрыгивают из форм) ❤️Выпекать 180 градусов 50 минут (это у меня) (смотрим в зависимости от духовки - от 35 минут)
