Готовим очень просто: 🩷Печеньпромыть, обсушить, выложить на дно формы 🩷Сверху морковь кружочками и лук (как нарежете) 🩷Выложить кусочки масла сверху, залить сливками, посыпать специями (посолите так, как любите!) 🩷В духовку 200 гр от 40 минут, в моей 55 🩷Достать, погружным блендером измельчить, переложить в контейнер, залить растопленным сливочным маслом (20 г) и в холодильник до застывания.
