Общая стоимость самого строительства составит 660,2 миллионов рублей, а проектные работы обойдутся в 15,2 миллионов рублей. Объекты будут построены в рамках регионального проекта "Модернизация первичного звена здравоохранения Российской Федерации".

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
