15.11 с. г. СКР БФ "Неустрашимый" вернулся в Балтийск, проведя более 4-х месяцев в дальних водах. Он побывал на Кубе, в СЗМ, у берегов Израиля и Йемена, посетил 5 стран Африки − Танзанию, ЮАР, Намибию, Республику Конго, Бенин.
С одной стороны, демонстрация флага и военной силы прошла блестяще, с другой − флаг и силу демонстрировал недовооружённый корабль, который, простояв в ремонте около 10 лет (9,4), так и не получил штатный ударный ракетный комплекс "Уран".
О причинах такого вроде бы вынужденного решения уже говорилось ранее в LJ, но там же говорилось и о том, что СКР всё же мог получить КРО "Уран" с целеуказанием от РЛС общего обнаружения "Фрегат(-МА?), вертолёта Ка-27 или от внешнего источника (напр., от КРВ пр. 20380 с РЛК "Монумент").
Главкомат ВМФ, определённо, совершил ошибку, которую ещё не поздно исправить. ■
