Пистолет подростку дал другой несовершеннолетний. Об этом полиция города узнала, когда доставила его в отделение полиции. Оружие изъяли.
Органы возбудили уголовное дело. Подросток заключен под стражу. Полиция сейчас выясняет обстоятельства случившегося.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
