Работы по капитальному ремонту музыкально-драматического театра пройдут в два этапа. На первом подрядчик отремонтирует фасад театра, зрительные залы, вестибюль, холл, механическое оборудование сцены, системы пожарной и охранной сигнализации. На втором этапе рабочие приведут в порядок другие помещения театра, починят коммуникации и благоустроят пространство перед зданием.
Сейчас власти ищут подрядчика для выполнения работ первой очереди. Закончить ремонт всего здания планируют к концу 2026 года.
