В российской компании считают, что это проблемы Берлина, который не хочет платить, поэтому действия Австрии считают неплатежом и поставлять газ дальше не планируют.
В OMV заявили, что "Газпром" сам нарушил обязательства, поэтому дальше, очевидно, будут суды, суды и ещё раз суды.
Российский газовый гигант отправлял в Австрию примерно 16,75 млн кубометров, или 6,2 млрд кубометров в год – примерно 1% от общего потребления в ЕС.
В "Газпроме" тоже решили судиться с австрийцами, но в российском суде. В компании хотят взыскать с OMV €575,3 млн, правда, как именно планируется получить средства – неизвестно.
