Согласно данным "Спарк-Интерфакс", 40% "Цифровых активов" принадлежит Росбанку Владимира Потанина, 40% — "СД Партнер", где у Росбанка — 19%. Остальные 20% контрагента находятся у компании АНО "Цифровые инвестиции", которой владеют пять физлиц, в т.ч. экс-глава "Россетей" Олег Бударгин.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
