здравствуйте, ндкф!! буду первым тейком я довольно давно начала подозревать у себя РАС, но открытой самодиагностикой заниматся я не очень хочу ибо все равно остаются постоянные мысли о том, что я все себе навязываю и т.д. однако на следующей неделе я иду к психиатру впервые в жизни, так что очень хотелось бы спросить у тех, кто уже обращался за диагностикой к профессионалам, как именно она проходила и есть ли советы по тому, как подготовится к ней, bc я очень волнуюсь что не смогу правильно объяснить все что чувствую все симптомы не буду тут описывать, но уверенность в том, что я права, около 80%

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people.
