Я очень расстроилась, т.к. в нашем договоре прописано про оплату при отмене в день встречи, но есть пометка, что форс-мажоры являются исключением. Сама работаю логопедом, всегда стараюсь в таких случаях идти ученикам навстречу. Нужны мнения.
