Новое производство, где будут пилить камень, планируют построить в 500 метрах от пятиэтажек. Под инвестпроект (строительство производственного здания и приобретение камнеобрабатывающего оборудования на общую сумму 108 млн рублей) отдано 2,65 гектара земли. Это территория лесопарка Вилда, которая располагается сразу за кладбищем Пески. Деревья пойдут под снос.
