Российское микропредприятие лишило датского производителя прессов Bramidan товарного знака и само собирается выпускать прессы «Брамидан».
Право на товарный знак Bramidan потерял 20 ноября, соответствующее решение вынес Суд по интеллектуальным правам. Иск подала компания «Директ Импекс», специализирующаяся на оптовой торговле, формулировка - «в связи с неиспользованием».
Стоит отметить, что компания Bramidan прессы производить продолжает. В линейке предприятия есть вертикальные и горизонтальные прессы для различных целей, начиная от упаковки тюков и заканчивая вторсырьем. Продукция Bramidan на российских маркет-плейсах промышленного оборудования присутствует. Хотя, судя по официальному сайту, на российского потребителя датский производитель сейчас не ориентируется, поставки осуществляются в первую очередь в страны ЕС.
