Более 100 сообщений от болельщиков поступило в чат-бот по итогам тестового матча на новой домашней арене хоккейного клуба «Автомобилист».

Несмотря на то, что главной целью чат-бота в телеграме был сбор замечаний, основная их часть - это слова благодарности строителям за новый знаковый объект и эмоциональные впечатления гостей. Всего поступило 116 сообщений и вопросов, на большую часть которых ответы были получены в режиме реального времени.

Основными моментами организации работы нового дома хоккейной команды «Автомобилист», которые требуют улучшения, стали вопросы указателей навигации, разнообразия меню в кафе, количество мусорных баков внутри помещения, а также пожелание разнообразить инвентарь детских комнат.

Все пожелания гостей тестового матча будут переданы администрации спортивной арены и станут основой для дальнейшей работы.
