Также в Беларуси сегодня признали «экстремистскими» несколько эмигрантских чатов Варшавы. Это «Прага Беларуская ў Варшаве / Praga bialoruska w Warszawie», «Беларусы Віланува. Wilanow Bialoruski», «Беларусы во Влохах, Вва.Bialorusini we Wlochach», «Беларусы Урсынава (Варшава) / Bialorusiny Usrynowa, Wawa», «Беларусы Варшавы: Mokotow (мокотув) I ня толькі».

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
