Здание введено в 2012 году. ТРЦ заполнен арендаторами на 86%, в нем расположены: продуктовая сеть, фитнес-клуб, МФЦ, кинотеатр, дом быта, салон массажа и салон красоты, банкоматы, пункты выдачи, аптека и т.д.
