Более 60 многоквартирных домов будут капитально отремонтированы в 2025 году. В 34 из них планируется замена 102 лифтов

Во время работ специалисты обновят фасады зданий, проведут замену инженерных сетей, реконструируют кровлю, установят приборы учета и многое другое.

Программа капремонта рассчитана до 2038 года, в неё входит 2641 дом. Их перечень и сроки выполнения работ можно уточнить в региональном Фонде капитального ремонта.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
