🔴 مردم کشورها و برنامه‌ریزان نیاز دارند که ریسک واقعی ابتلا را بدانند،
نه در حالی که ریسک ابتلا ۱ در ۱۰۰۰ است، با تصور اینکه ریسک، ۱ در ۵۰,۰۰۰ است احساس امنیت کاذب و احساس کافی بودن رعایتها کنند
و نه در حالی که ۱ در ۵۰,۰۰۰ است، با تصور اینکه ریسک، ۱ در ۱۰۰۰ است احساس ترس و نگرانی بیش از حد کنند.

کشورها باید آمار نزدیک به واقعیت یا لااقل تخمین رسمی نزدیک به واقعیت داشته باشند.

از جنبۀ دیگر نگاه کنیم:
اگر آمار اکتیو کیس‌ها در کشور ۱۰ میلیونی، ۱۰ هزار نفر باشد، یعنی از هر ۱۰۰۰ نفر یک نفر ناقل است.
اگر تعداد واقعی اکتیو کیس‌ها ۱۰ برابر آمار رسمی یا یک دهم آمار رسمی باشد، آمار رسمی سبب احساس امنیت کاذب یا احساس ترس و نگرانی بیش از حد می‌شود.

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
