Сестра Виктории Анастасия сообщила, что когда ее окружила стая собак, она успела записать видео-кружок своей подруге Лере. Известно, что у девочки был свисток с ультразвуком для отпугивания собак, как у всех детей Чульмана, но он не сработал на целую стаю.

Со слов Анастасии, когда Вику привезли в больницу, она была в сознании и смотрела на людей.

«В больнице не было даже бинтов»

Как рассказала тетя Наталья, когда отец привез Вику в больничный комплекс поселка Чульман, девочке не оказали помощь, потому что перед приездом единственная бригада скорой помощи уехала в город. В больнице не нашли даже дежурного врача и бинтов! Отец стоял на коленях перед дочерью и ничем не мог помочь.
