Последний инцидент произошел вечером 21 января 2025 года. Подозреваемый, находясь за рулем автомобиля марки ЛАДА «ВАЗ-2115», был остановлен сотрудниками ДПС. Проведенное освидетельствование подтвердило наличие алкоголя в выдыхаемом воздухе.
Дело было направлено в Венгеровский районный суд для рассмотрения по существу. Кроме того, суд наложил арест на автомобиль обвиняемого.
