По данным ГАС «Выборы», обработано 2909 бюллетеней, Изотова получила 747 голосов избирателей. За её конкурента от эсеров Виктора Шишкина отдано 665 голосов, за кандидата от «Единой России», члена Общественной палаты Хабаровского края Евгения Солоненко – 587 голосов, на один голос больше получил член ЛДПР Андрей Веретенников.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
