Отметим, помимо Сахалина, к эксперименту подключились еще девять регионов страны.
Надеемся, что такая мера поможет исключить из отрасли недобросовестных подрядчиков, сбрасывающих отходы в несанкционированных местах, а, следовательно, количество незаконных свалок должно уменьшиться.
