В координації з офіцерами цивільно-військового співробітництва оперативного командування «Північ» та за участі військовослужбовців ТЦК та СП Чернігівщині фонд Gurtom "Гуртом UA" спільно з Association of Ukrainians in Republic of Ireland «Асоціацією українців в республіці Ірландія» (AURI) передали волонтерську допомогу дітям Чернігівщини.

Зокрема іменні подарунки вручили дітям загиблих військовослужбовців Чернігівської області, а також передали до Чернігівського навчально-реабілітаційного центру для дітей з обмеженими можливостями.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
