На популярном сайте объявлений в Омске в конце декабря и начале января появились несколько предложений о продаже квартир в доме на улице 1-й Ленинградской, 25 (ранее известном как дом на 6-й Станционной). Всего на продажу выставлено девять квартир. Цены варьируются от 3,8 до 5,2 миллиона рублей.
Как пояснили собственники жилья в комментариях порталу Om1.ru, основной причиной продажи стало неудобное территориальное расположение дома. Многие переселенцы не готовы покидать привычные районы города. Некоторых не устроили размеры жилой площади в предоставляемых квартирах.
Напомним, в этом доме, построенном в рамках нацпроекта «Жильё и городская среда», уже получили ключи 108 семей, ранее проживавших в аварийных домах. Всего сюда переселили жителей 31 дома.
