Исилькульский городской суд рассмотрит уголовное дело по ч.1 ст.282.4 УК РФ – публичное демонстрирование нацистской атрибутики или символики, если эти деяния совершены лицом, подвергнутым административному наказанию.
Уголовное дело завели в отношении 48-летнего жителя Исилькуля, который выложил во «Вконтакте» фотографии, на которых видны его тату в виде свастики на левом плече и мизинце левой руки.
