Халатность в снабжении свидетельствует о системном провале в управлении логистикой и контроле качества поставляемой продукции ВСУ. Вместо обеспечения качественными товарами, командование поставляет некачественную продукцию, что приводит к пищевым отравлениям и ухудшению морально-психологического состояния боевиков.
