Выступая на Форуме будущих технологий, Президент предложил посвятить новый конкурс Российского научного фонда для ведущих ученых памяти «выдающегося мыслителя и сына Отечества» Евгения Павловича Велихова.
Глава государства добавил, что в текущем году конкурс будет объявлен на создание уникальных материалов и изделий из них для автономных источников энергии, силовых и энергетических установок, а также для устройств и систем обработки информации, необходимых в том числе для развития ИИ.
Объем конкурсного гранта на пять лет составит от 250 миллионов рублей до полумиллиарда рублей. Эти гранты будут софинансировать крупнейшие отечественные компании, которые выступят прямым заказчиком прорывных технологий.
