При этом Центробанк продолжит проводить операции на внутреннем валютном рынке по продаже иностранной валюты, связанной с пополнением и использованием Фонда национального благосостояния, в том числе средств фонда в 2023 году, в объеме 8,40 млрд рублей в день, — говорится в сообщении ЦБ.
Решение о возобновлении операций в рамках бюджетного правила о покупке валюты за счет дополнительных нефтегазовых доходов будет приниматься “с учетом складывающейся ситуации” на рынках. Отложенные покупки осуществят в течение 2025 года.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
