Девятиквартирный дом введён в эксплуатацию, квартиры готовы к въезду новосёлов, которым уже вручили ключи. Это стало возможным благодаря госпрограммам «Стимулирование развития жилищного строительства в Новосибирской области» и «Социальная поддержка в Новосибирской области».
На данный момент в эксплуатацию уже введены 13 домов. Помимо Черепановского, дома построены в Куйбышевском, Карасукском, Барабинском и Татарском районах. Кроме того, приобретены 34 квартиры в новостройках в Сузунском, Колыванском, Маслянинском, Татарском и Тогучинских районах, а также в Бердске.
