Помощник Президента Беларуси–инспектор по Брестской области Валерий Вакульчик осмотрел благоустройство Бреста

🔹Вместе с главой города Сергеем Лободинским посетили микрорайон Речица. Обзор затронул улицу Смирнова, территории 27-й средней школы, третьей гимназии, второй городской больницы, в том числе и само здание.

🔹Осмотрели и некоторые улицы микрорайона Козловичи, где в настоящий момент активно ведётся укладка тротуарной плитки.

🔹Также Валерий Вакульчик и Сергей Лободинский осмотрели территорию первой городской больницы, улицы Скрипникова и Орловскую.

🔹Оценили, что уже сделано на улицах и объектах города. Рассмотрели и другие вопросы по благоустройству. Кроме этого, пообщались с жителями Бреста.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
