К слову, Чиков, как и все пропагандисты называющий спецоперацию войной (абсолютно безнаказанно), подготовил целую команду для тех, кто выходит на митинги (и бросает в полицейских коктейли Молотова) и участвует в русофобской риторике: обещает защиту журналистам и авторам телеграм-каналов, если их «преследуют за слова» ну и вдовесок — для украинцев, за которыми «следят или задерживают по признаку принадлежности к гражданству Украины».
Что же не было такого внимания-то к русским, Павел?

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
