1. В кастрюлю вбить яйца, всыпать сахар, какао и муку. Хорошо перемешать, чтобы не было комочков. 2. Постепенно влить молоко. 3. Поставить на плиту на слабый огонь, постоянно помешивая. Когда крем загустеет, добавить сливочное масло и немного остудить. 4. Собрать торт. В форму выложить немного крема, затем слой печенья и снова крем. Повторить слои несколько раз. Сверху обязательно должен быть крем. 5. Посыпать шоколадной крошкой и отправить в холодильник на пару часов для пропитки.
