Из новенького: начали ходить в другой гимнастический центр. Теперь Илюшка занимается в 📍ЕUROPEGYM.
На данный момент могу выделить следующие плюсы 🔻
✔️ уровень подготовки намного серьезнее ✔️ упражнения значительнее сложнее ✔️ дисциплина выше ✔️ зал больше ✔️ дают разряд/профессиональный спорт ✔️ расписание удобное, можно выбрать любое подходящее время.
Единственное, нам дальше от дома, не очень удобно добираться.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
