Согласно этому документу, страницы в социальных сетях с такой аудиторией могут подать заявление на прохождение процедуры верификации. После успешного прохождения этой процедуры, они будут внесены в специальный реестр Роскомнадзора.
Наличие канала в этом реестре позволит владельцу получать доходы от рекламы и приема донатов от пользователей. Без этого статуса канал не сможет вести коммерческую деятельность и его сообщения не будут доступны для репостов другими пользователями. Вся информация о каналах в реестре будет защищена шифрованием, и пользователи смогут узнать только факт наличия канала в реестре через сайт Роскомнадзора или уникальную ссылку в самом канале.
