Жанчына раней працавала на дзяржаўнай службе, аднак у 2020 годзе стала актывісткай і валанцёркай. 8 красавіка "экстрэмісцкім фармаваннем" быў прызнаны чат "Волонтеры. Гомель". У дакуменце КДБ пазначана прозвішча Тоцкай, якая нібыта мае дачыненне да чату.
