РЖД приняли решение о проведении с 1 февраля доиндексации заработной платы на 2,04% за 2024 год. Это будет сделано в связи с отклонением фактического индекса потребительских цен на конец 2024 г. от размера проведённой в том же году индексации.
Кроме того, с 1 марта 2025 г. в соответствии с коллективным договором зарплата работников компании будет индексирована на 1,6%.
