Форум "Сияние" прошел при поддержке окружного "Фонда развития национальной культуры и традиционных отраслей хозяйствования" и "Сбера". Показ состоялся на импровизированном подиуме в окружном доме народного творчества. 20 студентов Чукотского многопрофильного колледжа представили 17 образов над которыми трудились всего несколько дней. Все работы начинающих модельеров вдохновлены культурой Чукотки и природой Севера. Кроме студентов, в дефиле поучаствовали и опытные дизайнеры: представили "Chernyshova Brand", "Chukotkabrand" и "Кулик".

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
