Между тем, процент выставленных на продажу домов достиг 32 из 1000, что является самым низким показателем за 12 лет. Высокие ставки по ипотеке, рекордные цены и низкое предложение являются основными причинами исторически низкого оборота и количества предложений.
Интересно было бы и в России вести такую статистику – динамику относительного числа жилья, выставленного на продажу.
